Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’m at a point where the uncertainty in my life has become very difficult to carry alone. I’ve spent around eight years building my life in the United States, investing my time, energy, and finances in work, education, and the hope of becoming a permanent resident.

I have legally transitioned through different visas and submitted many applications, but the process is very long and unpredictable. The most recent step I took was supposed to take a little over a year but as of now, has inflated to over 2 years. I now have the option to pay additional fees to request faster processing of my case. This does not guarantee approval, but it can significantly reduce the waiting time and help me plan my life with more certainty.

One of the hardest parts of this journey has been being away from my family. I have no family here but because of the risks of leaving the U.S. while my application is pending, I haven’t been able to visit them abroad. This has meant missing precious time with my young nephew and being away from my mother, who suffers from chronic conditions.

I’ve already spent a significant amount on immigration-related expenses, and I’m asking for help to cover the additional legal and filing fees needed to move my case forward efficiently.
