Nantucket Family in need of your support !!!

Hola comunidad de Nantucket,

Necesitamos ayuda para nuestro amigo y compañero de trabajo Mauricio (Chito) Rodríguez, quien sufrió un derrame cerebral masivo en su casa de Nantucket el 5 de mayo. Mauricio no habla y está completamente paralizado del costado derecho. Está en Mass General y necesitará meses de rehabilitación y oraciones para poder volver a su vida normal. ¡Tiene 46 años!

Estamos recaudando fondos para los gastos de vida diarios de esta familia durante esta difícil recuperación y cualquier gasto médico en el que incurra hasta que se recupere.

Mauricio ha vivido y trabajado en Nantucket durante 25 años y tiene un hijo de 11 años en la escuela pública y una esposa, Angélica, que está luchando contra el cáncer. La familia son feligreses activos de St Mary's.

Cualquier ayuda financiera, grande o pequeña, sería muy apreciada. Todos los fondos, van directamente a apoyar a la familia en este momento desesperado de necesidad.

Hey Nantucket Community,

We need help for our friend and co-worker Mauricio (Chito) Rodriguez who suffered a massive stroke at home on Nantucket on May 5th. Mauricio has no speech and is completely paralyzed down his right side. He is in Mass General and will need months of rehab and prayers so he can return to his normal life. He is 46 years old !

We are raising funds for this family's daily living expenses during this difficult recovery and any medical expenses he will incur until he gets back on his feet.

Mauricio has lived and worked on Nantucket for 25 years and has an 11 year old son in the public school and a wife Christiana who is currently fighting cancer. The family are active parishioners at St Mary's.

Any help with their financial burdens would be greatly appreciated. All funds large or small will go directly to support the family in their desperate time of need.
