Hi! My name is Maude and I have been transitioning from male to female for 6 years. I have the very fortunate opportunity to receive facial feminization surgery; a procedure that would drastically improve my quality my life. However, even with the insurance afforded through my employer, there are many expenses for preparation and aftercare that insurance does not cover, as well as a hefty initial deposit. The dates I was offered for surgery are far sooner than I expected, and I would hate to miss or defer this opportunity due to a lack of funds.
