Support Matvii's Friendship Boxes for Ukraine
Donation protected
Dear Community,
My name is Dmytro Manannykov, and I am the proud parent of Matvii, a 3rd-grade student at Mohr Elementary School in Pleasanton. I am reaching out to seek your support for his meaningful project, "Friendship Boxes: Sharing Love with Ukraine."
Matvii and his classmates, under the guidance of the Pleasanton Partnership in Education Foundation (PPIE), are creating Friendship Boxes filled with small gifts, school supplies, and heartfelt handwritten cards for children in Ukraine. Through this initiative, they aim to share kindness and show Ukrainian children that they are not alone during these challenging times.
As they prepare to send these boxes, they face the significant hurdle of shipping costs. I kindly ask for your assistance in helping Matvii and his classmates cover these expenses. Your generous support will ensure that the gifts they have lovingly assembled reach the children in Ukraine who need them the most.
The funds raised will be utilized to ship the boxes via the Meest USA shipping company, which will deliver them to Odesa, Ukraine. There, with the assistance of the Center of Social Solutions non-profit organization, the gifts will be distributed to those in need. We expect to collect 70 boxes (one from each student), 4-6 pounds each.
Your sponsorship would mean the world to Matvii, his classmates, and the children in Ukraine who will receive these boxes. It would not only help them fulfill their project but also teach them invaluable lessons about community and generosity.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference.
