Miguel and Aline and the Family Court are perpetuating a false narrative that our family has chosen not to see Matthew during this difficult time and are using that as ammunition to attempt to completely revoke my parental rights at an upcoming custody hearing in May. The truth is, I have, and continue to do everything I can to fight for my sweet boy *every* *single* *day*. While I am not perfect, every allegation of abuse or instability - emotional, or otherwise - is a false narrative perpetuated by the ulterior motives of those involved. Miguel receives $1200+/month in child support wages from my maternity leave pay and has not contributed once to the costs to see Matthew since January 2025. Miguel is requesting a reduction in my current visitation and to impute my wages at $200k to increase his child support payments to $5k/month.
