Matthew Ryan Maxwell, 41 years old, of St. James, MO, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 2, 2025. Matt went into the emergency room at Rolla Hospital with flu-like symptoms. Underlying medical issues caused additional medical emergencies, and his body could not recover.

Matt's family struggles financially and does not have the money for his cremation - the minimum amount needed is $1,300, but we would like to raise additional funds to help his father with much-needed home repairs, including getting their well fixed - currently, they do not even have running water.

Matt was a fun-loving guy who never met a stranger, and those of you who knew him know that he would do anything for anybody if he could, whether he knew them or not. He would literally give the shirt off his back to someone in need. This is our chance to return the favor.

Any funds above the goal will go to Matt's father for much-needed basic necessities and home repairs.
