Support Matt and Bekah's Adoption Journey

Hello Friends and Family, please join Shery and Hannah in supporting Matt and Bekah's adoption journey!

We have been on our adoption journey since March of 2022 after many years of trying to expand our family. Last week, on Thursday, April 24th, we received the best call of our lives from our adoption agency: the child we know God created for us was available for adoption! We were selected to become her parents. Our blessing from God, Mariya, is from Bulgaria and is currently 20 months old. In the coming months, we will be traveling for a bonding visit, and shortly after that visit, we will receive the confirmation that we will be allowed to travel to Bulgaria and bring her home to Iowa and expand our family.

Throughout this process, God has provided us many blessings, support, and love from family and friends, that we are eternally grateful for. We truly can't wait to hold our little girl for the first time.

We have largely attempted to self-fund our adoption journey; however, Mariya has a few factors that will require swift and abundant medical attention upon coming home. We're stepping out of our comfort zone and asking for financial assistance through donations while sharing our story with others.

All money raised through this process will go directly to the adoption costs of adding a child to our family and supporting Mariya's ongoing medical care and needs! We thank you for taking the time to read about our journey and considering to support us financially, emotionally, and with prayers.
