Support Matt: A Hero in Need of a Safe Home

Let me introduce you to Matt, my younger brother. Matt works hard, every day, no matter the weather, no matter how he feels, he never takes a day off. He also never can walk away from doing what's right. A few nights ago, doing what's right meant putting his own life in danger to subdue a man threatening a dog with a knife. During, a friend of the man pepper sprayed Matt, and the dog, which caused the dog to lash out, biting my brother quite terribly. His immediate thought was to keep protecting this dog, which was attacking him, and he continued to until the authorities came and arrested the man. The very next night (at the time of this writing, last night), Matt was attacked by 4 men for what he did, and was beaten.

He needs to move from where he lives, however he spends 80% of his paycheck every week to pay the rent at the motel he is living, leaving very little for food and essentials, and even less as Matt will, and has gone hungry just to ensure his own dog can have the special food that he loves.

I am asking for any help, that anyone can do, to help me raise enough money for my brother to be able to move. His life is in danger every minute he stays where he is, all for doing the right thing.
