My name is Dom Swertzic and my sister Mary and Jonah had their baby boy Dean on February 2nd, and he passed away February 9th. Dean stopped breathing on Saturday night. He was rushed to the hospital where he fought and fought in the NICU. He passed away Sunday night in Mary and Jonah’s arms. He had such a great and big heart that he is going to be able to help another baby that will need a heart.

We are trying to raise some money to help Mary and Jonah for something that no parents should ever have to go through.
