This is Marwa, my daughter. She’s been dancing since she was 3 years old. Dancing has always been her passion. She’s the hardest worker I know; she pushes herself to her limits and perfects the dances as much as she can. I’ve seen her work so hard to get to the point where she is at, which is competitive dance. Marwa has the biggest heart. She tries to show she’s tough, but deep down she’s a softie and a Swiftie ;). Marwa, being one sibling out of 5, knows how hard things can be. She’s been the strongest girl I know. A year ago, I (Mom) got diagnosed with a gnarly brain tumor. The tumor was so big it was causing me to lose eyesight in my left eye. Along with the tumor came a lot of side effects: no memory, I wasn’t coherent, didn’t know what was going on, tiredness, and a lot of sudden sickness. With this that came on, I lost my job and my source of income. Fast forward, I had an emergency surgery to remove the brain tumor that was there, and the recovery had/has been rough. I am not able to work as of now because I have 6 (small) recurring tumors that are back. With this, I have a lot of MRIs, appointments, etc. Along with my tumor, my pituitary gland was ruined, and I am in treatment with my endocrinologist. I have debated doing this or asking for help as I thought I was going to be able to manage it all, but I can’t. Marwa has another season of dance coming up and this time she has tried out for Solo competition. In order for her to continue to do what she loves, I need to pay the recurring fees that are piling up. ANYTHING helps. ❤️ Hoy por mi, mañana por ti.
