On Thursday, December 11, 2025, my father, Martin, was taken from us by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He was followed from Dunkin' Donuts to his pizzeria, which some of you may know as Reme's Pizzeria. He is a caring, loving man who works hard to earn a living to help my brother and me have a roof over our heads.
This is not his first time being taken from us by ICE, something we wished had never happened to us again. At the moment, my mother has been trying her best to have enough money to pay our immigration lawyer, but she is slowly starting to struggle. She is already doing so much, paying for the lawyer, sending money for phone calls and commissary, rent for both the house and pizzeria, our two cats' food every week, and more. She can only do so much as a mani/pedicurist.
We are already preparing for when he goes to court, and we also need money for if they give him bail. I am already working as well, but the two of us can only do so much with the help of our family. Please, we ask you all to help us be able to pay for all of these at the moment; any amount of money will help us immensely, or even spreading the message. Thank you all.
