Hello, my name is Mark Valdez and this is my daughter Skylar. We have been stricken with a lot of hardships and are recently without a home of our own. We have been dealing with multiple family members in and out of the hospital, and I lost my job recently and have only now gotten my job back. Money is absolutely tight and we could really use anyone's help to help us get back on our feet. Anyone who knows me knows that it's really hard for me to ask for help... so here goes. We are staying between houses with family and friends, and I have even slept in my car without my daughter on a few occasions. I'd like to be able to have my daughter full-time again and for her to have her own space to call home. I'm a single father and I'm hoping to raise our first and last month's rent and deposit so that by the time my consistent work kicks in, I will be able to continuously afford the rent.
