Support Marisa's Family in Rebuilding

I have known Marisa for 15+ years, and she, like so many businesses, has been deeply affected. Her clients are primarily in the Palisades. Doesn’t make sense because she lives in Woodland Hills, right? Well, Marisa lived in the Palisades for a very long time and started her business here. Once you are part of her family, you ARE ALWAYS her family. So when she and Annie married and moved to Woodland Hills and started their own family with sweet baby June, she just couldn’t imagine life without her Palisades family. So Marisa commutes to pick up and hike our dogs each day, board them when we need to. She is just that kind of person.

So now what? Our homes are gone, we have all been displaced and have moved into neighboring towns or even further south. Some are still trying to find a home base. Marisa wants to work and it will take time to rebuild her client base.

Marisa and Annie are expecting their second child on January 31st. Could you imagine the trauma of losing your Palisades family and community, the majority of your business, supporting a family on your own, and welcoming another child, and it all happening within 3 weeks of your life? It’s just too much.

We would like to help alleviate some of the immediate stress so that she and Annie can welcome their second child in peace, comfort, and love.
