Marine Vet Fighting for His Sons—Need Legal Support

A Marine veteran and committed father is fighting to keep the 50/50 custody he already earned—because his ex-wife is back in court demanding more time and money.

This isn’t just about him. It’s about protecting what’s best for his sons.

Just a regular night out with Dad. These are the moments she wants to take away.

‍ Who He Is

  • Marine Corps veteran
  • Boy Scout leader
  • Youth soccer and baseball coach
  • Full-time dad with 50/50 custody since 2016

He’s the kind of father who wakes up early for drop-offs, helps with homework, cheers from the sidelines, leads hikes and camping trips, rides bikes with his kids along the creek, and teaches them resilience, kindness, and integrity.

The Custody Battle—Again

In 2016, after a long and emotional divorce, the court ruled:

✅ 50/50 shared parenting
✅ $500 monthly child support (reduced from almost $4,500)
✅ Equal time, equal responsibility

The judge reviewed everything—including dramatic accusations—and found no basis. He ruled in fairness.

But now in 2025, the ex-wife is back:

  • Filing for full custody
  • Demanding child support increases
  • Submitting bizarre wild new allegations - For example, she claims he’s “unstable” because he’s moved homes a few times over five years. What she leaves out:
--> She moved cities (an hour away) with only 24-hour notice—against court orders
--> He followed to stay close to his sons, first in a temporary rental, later purchasing a home nearby
--> Every move was to create more stability for the kids, not less

How is this even an issue?? These are the kinds of claims that sounds alarming—until you know the full story.

No court battle can change what matters most. These boys deserve peace and consistency.

A Pattern of Harassment and Escalation

This father has never asked for a fight—but he’s had to defend himself over and over from tactics designed to intimidate, destabilize, and financially drain him.

Here’s the timeline (just some of the many):

  • 2016 – Divorce filed. She falsely calls police, claiming he’s a heavily armed, dangerous veteran. She's hoping the cops kill him.
  • 2017 – A second false “SWAT” call. Ironically, the police end up being friends with him after this second call.
  • 2018 – She loses in court. Immediately appeals, claiming the judge miscalculated the law - yes, she even abuses the judge. She loses appeal.
  • 2019 – Anonymous CPS report. Dismissed as unfounded with no action.
  • 2024 – Calls police on their teenage son after accusing him of drug use. He was fine and shocked his mom would do that to him.
  • 2025 - Calls CPS again. Dismissed as unfounded with no action.
  • 2025 – Files this new custody motion. Weeks later, calls police again, saying their son was “missing” while riding a scooter five minutes to his dad’s house.

This is now at least five emergency response incidents that were unfounded and traumatic for both father and sons.

The financial toll has been over $200,000 so far—never mind the emotional cost on her own children.

But for her, this is not about safety. It’s about leverage.

This is home. Not a court order. Not paperwork. Just love.

A Loving Home

Despite all of this, the boys are thriving with their father.

You’ll see photos here of family hikes, baseball games, scouting, and fishing trips to the lake. These aren’t curated moments—they’re snapshots of a stable, loving life.

But the boys are getting older now. They see what’s happening.
It needs to stop.
And we’re out of money.

He’s Got Receipts—and a Track Record That Matters

We’re not airing private drama here, but we do have:
  • Court transcripts from the original case (same tactics, already ruled)
  • Texts and messages contradicting her new claims
  • Documentation of every move made to stay near his children
  • Letters, grades, and photos showing happy, healthy kids

He's carried them this far—now he needs help to keep going

⚖️ What This Campaign Supports

His attorney—the same one who helped win the original ruling—estimates it will take $10,000 or more to fight this latest attack.

Your donation will help:
  • Retain legal counsel
  • Respond to the new custody motion
  • Push back on false claims
  • Protect the current 50/50 parenting plan and the boys’ emotional stability

While she’s fighting for more money, we’re fighting for the emotional safety and well-being of the children.

How You Can Help

  • Share this story with friends, coworkers, or other parents who’ve seen how the system can be twisted
  • Stand up for fairness, shared parenting, and good fathers everywhere

--> This is a good man.
--> These are good kids.
--> Let’s make sure the court hears the whole truth—backed by the support he needs to fight for it.

Most importantly, this war needs to be over with. These kids need peace. He needs peace. Please help.

Thank you.
