Let me introduce you to Marie-Frantz Rene. I call her mom; others might know her as sister, wife, friend, or CRN Rene, just to name a few titles. Marie is a giver and a provider, even when she shouldn't be. She will cook for a village even when it's only a handful of people (that comes from her Haitian pride). She loves going above and beyond for her friends, family, and patients, even when physically it's not the best idea. That's just who she is, for better or for worse. She is unapologetically a genuine person who puts other people's happiness above her own.

She's been having a horrible stretch of luck recently. Marie has had to endure the loss of her eldest son, Vladimir, to senseless violence. Shortly after that, her husband Raymond, of the last 34 years, passed due to liver failure. Now, because she hasn't been through enough, she was diagnosed with Leukemia (Acute Myeloid Leukemia).

Marie is not able to work anymore because of this diagnosis and would never ask for help, so I'm doing it for her. If you can donate to help cover her medical bills and expenses, please do.
