Support Marie Troyer: New Home for Her Family
Donation protected
We are seeking monetary donations for Marie Troyer, of Walhonding, Ohio. Marie has dedicated her life to helping some of this world’s most vulnerable, having been a foster parent for many years. She is now raising the children she has permanent custody of in a Christian home as a single mother.
Marie’s home has had mold growing underneath it for years, and it has grown and spread within the walls to the point where it has caused recurrent respiratory illnesses to her and the children. The cost and extent of all of the mold remediation and repairs are significant, and given the age and condition of her home, our committee has opted to build a new home on her property and replace the porous household goods.
We believe that our community and churches can come together to fundraise and build a new house for Marie and her children, but need your collaboration and donations to make this happen. We are seeking to fundraise approximately $210,000 with the goal to complete the new home in 2025.
Please prayerfully consider how you or your business can help with a donation of funds or labor, and contact one of the committee members.
To avoid fees inherent with giving funds online, you can give a check directly to any of the committee members.
Tax deductible receipts will be available upon request through Mount Zion House of Prayer Mennonite Church.

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. James 1:27
