Please Help Support Our Family in Their Fight Against Mold Exposure

Dear Friends and Family,

We are reaching out asking for your support for our family, who are facing a challenging and distressing situation due to severe mold exposure in our home. Your generous contributions can be a blessing and make a difference in our journey to regain our health and stability in a new home.

The Situation:

Recently, we began experiencing unexplained health issues. Symptoms such as chronic fatigue, headaches, respiratory problems, and persistent coughing became a daily struggle. After numerous visits to doctors and having professionals come out to our home, we were informed that we have standing water under our home. We discovered that our home is infested with fungus & toxic mold due to all the water that's been under our home for years, which is a silent and dangerous intruder for our family.

Mold exposure has affected every member of our family and our landlord is non-responsive in proper remediation. The mold infestation has not only impacted our health but also our stability. We have had to vacate our home and find temporary accommodation, to just stay away from toxic chemicals. The cost of medical treatments, ongoing health monitoring, and the testing and remediation of our home for our family has placed an overwhelming financial burden on us.

We are seeking to raise $10K to help cover the following expenses:

Housing: Moving expenses to move to a new safe home that is free from mold and safe to live in.

Basic Living Expenses: Support for day-to-day necessities (hotel, meals, prescriptions, etc) while we are looking for our new home.
