Support Maria Vasquez de Ramos' Cancer Battle

Hello, my name is Maria Angelica Vasquez de Ramos. I’m reaching out to you today because I’m raising funds for a cause that’s very close to my heart. About three years ago, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and it was the worst news I’ve ever received. But with the grace of God, I’ve been staying strong and positive.

Over the past couple of years, my health has been a challenge. My regular lifestyle has been affected, and I can no longer work like I used to. I get tired easily, and almost being 70 years old, it’s not always easy. I’ve been on treatment for the cancer for the past year, and I recently switched to a newer treatment. I’ve been in and out of the hospital lately because my cancer has started to grow a bit.

Despite all this, I try to stay positive. But with me being in the hospital and hardly working, my medical costs and expenses have caught up with me. I’ve never asked for help before, but I’m at a point where I could really use some support. I would be incredibly grateful for any help you can provide.

I have two sons who have been by my side through thick and thin. They help me as much as they can, but they also have their own responsibilities and do what they can for me.

Hola, me llamo María Angélica Vásquez de Ramos. Les escribo hoy porque estoy recaudando fondos para una causa muy importante para mí. Hace unos tres años, me diagnosticaron cáncer de páncreas y fue la peor noticia que he recibido. Pero con la gracia de Dios, me he mantenido fuerte y positiva.

En los últimos dos años, mi salud ha sido un desafío. Mi estilo de vida se ha visto afectado y ya no puedo trabajar como antes. Me canso con facilidad, y con casi 70 años, no siempre es fácil. He estado en tratamiento contra el cáncer durante el último año y recientemente cambié a un tratamiento más nuevo. Últimamente he estado entrando y saliendo del hospital porque el cáncer ha comenzado a crecer un poco.

A pesar de todo esto, intento mantener una actitud positiva. Pero al estar hospitalizada y casi sin trabajar, mis gastos médicos me han pasado factura. Nunca he pedido ayuda, pero estoy en un punto en el que realmente necesito apoyo. Les agradecería enormemente cualquier ayuda que puedan brindarme.

Tengo dos hijos que han estado a mi lado en las buenas y en las malas. Me ayudan tanto como pueden, pero también tienen sus propias responsabilidades y hacen lo que pueden por mí.
