Maria is my coworker and a dear friend who is facing an incredibly challenging chapter in her life. Her loved one was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is now in hospice care. Maria has been unable to work as she manages her household and provides care for her parents, who are both in their 90s. The emotional and physical toll of these responsibilities has been immense, and she is doing everything she can to keep her family together during this difficult time.
