Who We Are:

Manos y Maíz is a grassroots, community-powered movement dedicated to serving farmworkers—the sacred hands that feed us all—and our most vulnerable communities. For over two and a half years, we've been doing this work from the heart, using our own funds to provide food distributions, clothing, and direct support to families in need.

What We’re Doing:

We are now formalizing as a nonprofit to expand our reach and impact. Our goal is to continue monthly food and clothing distributions, launch a mobile clothing pantry that can go directly into neighborhoods and the fields, and begin building a warehouse hub for sorting, storing, and organizing resources for our community.

Initial operational costs (gas, storage supplies, utilities, materials)

Clothing pantry supplies and equipment

Development of our mobile distribution system (box truck conversion)
