Support Malobe Family

On March 12, 2025, our beloved father, husband, and community leader, Abraham Malobe, was taken from us in the most heartbreaking way. He was murdered, and no one has been held accountable. We’re still in shock, and our hearts are broken. He was everything to us—a loving husband, a dedicated father, a leader, a friend, and the backbone of our family. He wasn’t just present in our lives—he was involved in every moment. He practiced sports with us, helped with schoolwork, made sure we always had family dinners, and spent weekends taking us out to share food and love with the community. He taught us what it means to show up for people, to give without expecting anything in return, and to dream big together. One of those dreams was Malobe Cafe. We built it as a family with our own hands, pouring love into every wall and corner. It was more than a business—it was his vision for a space where people could gather, heal, and grow. Now we want to finish what we started, for him.

This GoFundMe is to help us carry on his dream and support our family through this devastating time. We want to finish renovating Malobe Cafe, help our mom with daily expenses, and help his oldest daughter now starting college in the fall, something she and our dad worked so hard toward. We’re also hoping to restore the car he was shot in. It’s painful, but it holds so many memories and pieces of him. It’s part of our story, and we want to keep it close. He leaves behind his wife and four young kids—Isabella, Isaac, Abraham, and our youngest sibling—who are now trying to navigate a world that feels so empty without him.
