For the past several months, we’ve been speaking daily with our dear friend Malik, a kind, humble, and incredibly grateful soul living under unimaginable conditions in Gaza. Malik is not just a name—he is a father, a brother, a friend, and a human being whose resilience in the face of horror has left us in awe.

What he and millions of Palestinians are enduring is beyond comprehension. The ongoing Israeli aggression has turned everyday life into a nightmare. Airstrikes, siege, displacement, destruction—this is not something from a movie. This is Malik’s reality, right now, every day. The people of Gaza are being cut off from the world, stripped of their basic rights, and left to face starvation, trauma, and death—all while the world watches.

Prices for food, water, and fuel have become astronomical—if these essentials can even be found at all. Families are burning furniture to cook a piece of bread. Children go to sleep hungry, terrified, and uncertain if they will wake up the next day. Malik has lost loved ones. His community has been shattered. Yet, he still holds on to hope, and still fights to survive—not only for himself, but for those around him.

We are raising funds directly for Malik so he can buy food, water, medicine, and emergency supplies for his family and neighbors. This is not charity—this is an act of humanity. Depuis plusieurs mois, nous parlons chaque jour avec notre cher ami Malik, un homme humble, reconnaissant, et profondément humain, malgré les conditions inhumaines qu’il endure. Malik n’est pas qu’un nom : c’est un père, un frère, un ami, un être humain dont le courage et la dignité face à l’horreur nous laissent sans voix.

Ce que vivent Malik et des millions de Palestiniens à Gaza dépasse l’entendement. L’agression israélienne continue a transformé leur quotidien en cauchemar. Bombardements, blocus, déplacements forcés, destructions — ce ne sont pas des scènes de film. C’est la réalité de Malik. Celle qu’il affronte jour après jour, avec sa famille, ses voisins, son peuple.

Les ressources de base deviennent introuvables. La nourriture, l’eau, les médicaments coûtent une fortune — s’ils sont disponibles. Des familles brûlent leurs meubles pour pouvoir cuire un morceau de pain. Des enfants s’endorment affamés, terrifiés, sans savoir s’ils verront le jour suivant. Malik a perdu des proches, sa communauté est en ruines. Et malgré tout cela, il continue de se battre. Pour survivre. Pour aider les autres.

Nous lançons cette collecte de fonds pour aider Malik à acheter de la nourriture, de l’eau, des médicaments et des produits essentiels pour sa famille et son entourage. Ce n’est pas de la charité.
