Dear friends and family,
I’m writing with some exciting news—and a humble request for your support.
I’ve been accepted into Level 3 of the Authentic Relating Training—a powerful next step in a journey that has been transforming the way I show up in my relationships, my community, and in my role as a facilitator. This work has helped me cultivate the kind of presence, empathy, and resilience I believe the world needs more of right now.
We’re living in a time where human-to-human connection is more essential than ever. So many of us are longing to be seen, to be heard, to feel safe enough to show up fully as ourselves. The tools I’m learning through Authentic Relating empower people to do just that—to show up with honesty, compassion, and curiosity, both for others and for themselves.
My deepest intention in attending this training is not just personal growth, but to bring these skills back to my community here in Utah and also to create these spaces online as well. I’m committed to weaving these practices into the spaces I hold. I want to help create more spaces where people feel held, heard, and connected to themselves and to each other. Spaces where we can be our messy, weird, & beautiful human selves together.
I did received a generous $700 scholarship toward the training, which I’m incredibly grateful for. That said, between tuition, travel to the training, and the additional cost of childcare for my daughter Lyla (as David travels often for work), I’m still navigating a financial stretch to make this dream possible.
If you feel called to support me—whether through a financial contribution, helping share this message, or simply sending love—it would mean so much. Your support makes it possible for me to step more fully into this work, and to ripple it outward into the lives and hearts of others.
With deep gratitude and love,
Maizy
