Hello friends and family! This is Bailee and Ellie Dean :) We know, we know it's early but... this Christmas, we’re hoping to support one of the most hardworking and caring families we know.

Earlier this year, this beautiful family, whom we are lucky enough to be neighbors with, devestatingly lost their husband and father to brain cancer. Mahmood worked tirelessly — often long hours at a potato factory and at Chobani — to provide a better life for his wife and their two six-year-old twins. He was dedicated, selfless (always doing kind deeds for our family), humble, and full of love for his own sweet family.

Now, his wife and their young twins are facing life without the person who provided for them and brought so much strength and light into their home. Even through heartbreak, they’ve remained kind, grateful, and hardworking — the kind of people who inspire everyone around them.

We’re trying to raise funds to help lift some of the financial weight this Christmas season — to make sure the twins still feel the magic of Christmas and to give their mom a bit of peace and hope during such a painful time.

No one should have to walk through this kind of loss alone, especially at Christmas.
