Madrona's Restaurant Support Fund

Reports show that up to 90% of independent restaurants will not survive the pandemic. Let's not let that happen here !
As a community, we have a long history of investing time, energy and dollars into making Madrona a great place to live. We’ve worked together on projects like the Madrona Woods & Playfield restorations and maintained traditions like Mayfair for over 40 years. Now we need to do it again to preserve the small-town atmosphere we all enjoy and support those that have given us sustenance over the years. We need your help !
Contributions to the Restaurant Support Fund will specifically benefit the restaurants in Madrona's central village, and funds will be distributed based on each restaurant's fixed operating costs. Our goal is to raise at least $60,000 in order to gift the equivalent of 2 months rent to each restaurant. If we raise $100,000+, we can do twice as much and hopefully see our friends thru the worst of the pandemic.
To put $60,000 into perspective, we can reach our goal if 300 households contribute an average of $200, 600 households contribute an average of$100, or 1200 households contribute an average of $50.
Every donation - no matter how large or small - counts !
The fund will benefit the following restaurants:
Bistro Turkuaz
The Bottlehouse
Cafe Soleil
The Hi Spot
Madrona Arms
Naam Thai Cuisine
Red Cow
Vendemmia
100% of the proceeds will be given directly to the 8 restaurants in the form of cashier's checks issued by the Wells Fargo branch in Madison Park.
As your neighbor and a Madrona resident for over 22 years, I'd like to thank everyone for their support !
