Hi! My name is Madison Kingsborough and I am fundraising for my volunteer trip to Africa! I will be placed in Arusha, Tanzania, working with school-age children. I will be leaving for my trip in early during my summer break from college and staying for 3 weeks. During this time, I will be shadowing medical professionals in the small village and working in childcare. I have to cover costs for my flight and my program fee of several hundred dollars. I truly believe this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get hands-on experience with different cultures and backgrounds. I find so much joy in helping people, and my dream overall is to bring light and joy to anyone possible, but what a better way than to travel halfway across the world for outreach work.
