Madison West Ultimate has been fortunate to have amazing coaches for decades!

We are so thankful for coaches Biz, Ken, Spiro, and Noah!

Despite these skilled and passionate coaches, they are volunteer positions and we would like them to be paid for their time and commitment. Team dues go towards tournament fees, fields, and hotels for team travel but do not go towards coaches.

We encourage player families to give anonymously what they feel is appropriate to continue to support these coaches, current and future teams!

For reference, a survey of local teams suggests that other Ultimate clubs pay their head coaches ~$1500 for the season and assistant coaches about half of that. In the past, our families have been beyond generous, so anything contributed is helpful!
