<div>Despite these skilled and passionate coaches, they are volunteer positions and <strong>we would like them to be paid for their time and commitment.</strong> Team dues go towards tournament fees, fields, and hotels for team travel but do not go towards coaches.

<div>We encourage player families to give anonymously what they feel is appropriate to continue to support these coaches, current and future teams!

<div>For reference, a survey of local teams suggests that other Ultimate clubs pay their head coaches ~$1500 for the season and assistant coaches about half of that. In the past, our families have been beyond generous, so anything contributed is helpful!
