Luz and Andy are an elderly couple who have been mentors and like parents to our pastor and his family. When the pastor's wife was hospitalized after suffering an aneurism, Luz and Andy stepped in to help care for the pastor's children—a teenage son and a daughter with special needs, including certain meals and foods. With the pastor's wife facing a long recovery and therapy over the next two months, Luz and Andy have been providing meals, childcare, and transportation for the kids, ensuring they are safe, fed, and supported during this challenging time.

The pastor's daily routine has become overwhelming, with hours spent driving between work, the hospital, and picking up his children. Luz and Andy have eased this burden by picking up and dropping off the kids at the pastor's home or the hospital, whichever is most convenient. To ensure everyone feels safe while transporting the kids, their used vehicle must have monthly maintenance, including gasoline, oil changes, and other upkeep.
