I come to you today with a heavy heart and an urgent plea for support. My brother-in-law, Luke, has faced an unimaginable tragedy. Last night, his entire business yard was devastated by an arson attack, leaving him with nothing but ashes where years of hard work and dedication once stood, in Cheshunt.

In an instant, Luke lost his tools, materials, and equipment that he had painstakingly gathered over the years. This loss is not just personal; it has affected not only his family but also four other families in his community. The destruction has left us all in shock and disbelief.

As the police and forensics work tirelessly to bring the perpetrator to justice (a 16 year old boy), Luke is not only faced with the daunting reality of rebuilding his business, but Luke and my sister are also expecting a baby boy in just six weeks, and the stress on them is cruel. They need our help now more than ever. Rebuilding will take months, if not years, and the emotional toll is immeasurable.

I am asking for your generosity, no matter how small. Every pound you can contribute will go directly to helping Luke recover from this devastating event and support the other families affected. Your kindness can help replace lost tools and materials, rebuild fences, and restore some sense of stability in their lives.
