Correctional Deputy Luis Valdez, who is currently assigned to Smith Correctional Facility, and his family are currently facing an incredibly difficult time.
Luis' 13-year-old son, Bentley, was recently diagnosed with leukemia and is undergoing treatment at the Loma Linda Hospital. The frequent travel between their home in Desert Hot Springs and the hospital has taken a significant emotional and financial toll on the family.
Any donations would be deeply appreciated and would make a meaningful difference for Luis, Bentley, and their family.
