Support Lucy's Kids: Julian and Angelica's Future
Donation protected
It has taken time for me to feel comfortable posting this because I want Lucy to be proud of the decisions I make, while respecting her peace. My little sister, Lucy Rosabella Pavlicek passed away on July 25th and is now an angel in heaven. If you were lucky enough to have known her, you know she was extremely special, she was kind, she was caring, she was hilarious, she was an artist and everything she created came to life. Most importantly she was a loving mother of two (Julian 3 and Angelica 2) and would do anything in the world for her children. I was lucky enough for the blessing of being Lucy's big sister. I got to experience how special she was my entire life, and that is something to never take for granted. For that, I am eternally grateful and will forever cherish every memory we shared.
Now, it is my responsibility to do anything and everything I can to support those children for the rest of my life. All she wanted was for her children to be safe, happy and healthy. I am thankful for the friends and family that have been there for my mother and I during this difficult time. This type of pain is indescribable. She was only 24 years old and had a whole life ahead of her. I can't begin to explain how each day feels like a nightmare because I will never be able to laugh with my baby sister again.
Grief is something we battle everyday, but what keeps us going is knowing the type of life we can try to provide for Julian and Angelica. One filled with love, comfort, happiness and ease. My love for my sister is eternal. So here I am, asking for help through this tough time, because I have learned that during times of hardship and heartbreak, you need a village. I have started high yield savings accounts for both children and will be contributing for the rest of my life. I love you forever Lucy. Until we meet again <3
