Hi, my name is Luca and I’m 15 years old (going on 16 by the time I finish this challenge) , in June last year my dad was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer and after a surgery in December he was cured, until we found out last month he now has terminal cancer. One thing I enjoy is running and I felt like me sitting on the side watching him fight for his life isn’t enough. I need to act, I have decided seen as I cannot compete in marathons as I’m underage that running a substantial amount of 5ks makes up for it. In total, I will have run 125km by the end of November! All donations are much appreciated and are going to a charity my family holds deeply in our hearts. If you can’t donate it’s completely fine though and simply spreading the word of this challenge is more than enough. Thankyou for reading.
