**Update **-Help Me Fight for My Son’s Future-

Six months ago, I started this GoFundMe with the hope of fighting for full custody of my 16-year-old son. Thanks to your love, encouragement, and support, I am so grateful to share that on August 25th, 2025, the judge officially granted me full custody! My son now carries the rightful last name of Diaz, and I can finally provide him with the stable home, education, and care he deserves.

This victory means the world to us, but the journey isn’t over. The financial strain has been heavy—I’ve worked three jobs (two day jobs plus my small business) just to keep up with legal expenses and moving into a two-bedroom apartment. Now, to be present for my son after school and give him the attention he needs, I have had to let go of one of those jobs. That will make things much tighter financially.

I still need help covering essentials like clothes, school supplies, and—most importantly—special counseling for my son as he works through everything he’s been through. Your support, no matter the amount, would mean so much. Even a few dollars makes a difference.
