Support Longyear Park for Betty Paugh

In honor of my mom this mother's day, and for my birthday fundraiser, I am seeking donations to help with repairs at the bandshell at Longyear Park in Ironwood, Michigan.  If you know my mom, you know her life was music and she lived her life as a dedicated band instructor.  She was instrumental in the construction of the bandshell at Longyear Park,  to create a great place for her band to perform, allowing the community to enjoy summer concerts in the park. 

After mom's passing, we visited the bandshell to leave some trinkets in her honor, and noticed it is in need of some repairs and TLC.  Our initial plan was to provide paint and manpower to brighten up its appearance.  It was then brought to our attention that the wooden flooring where the band is seated, is in desperate need of repair.  Due to the high price of lumber, we are unable to take on the entire cost.  We are graciously asking for any donations to defray the cost and create a safe and attractive place for the community to enjoy. Please consider a donation of any size to help us honor mom.  This bandshell was her "baby", and it means alot to her family, friends, and the community to provide the best update we can.
