I am organizing a theater project that consists of a play reading series, culminating in the performance of five short plays. This project was born out of a desire to bring accessible and affordable arts programming to local neighborhoods, while also creating opportunities for working artists to find meaningful work. By connecting the community with the arts, I hope to foster creativity and engagement among neighbors who may not otherwise have access to such programming.
