Support Local Food Truck!

Hi, my name is Renee and I am fundraising for The Bayou Food Truck in Broken Arrow. The Bayou is New Orleans inspired eats. If you like cajun food they are hands down the best! Even other cajun restaurants give them a nod.

This morning Fernando and Koko discovered their food truck was broken in to over night. Various items were stolen including their generator.

As you can imagine this has stopped their business cold. I can not imagine the anguish they felt discovering the break in.

If you’ve ever had anything from there you know the food is amazing and plentiful. I have an alarm set on my phone to go get pickle chicken every Wednesday.

The couple are also in the process of taking the food truck to a full restaurant. They are doing the build out cash as they go, to not incur debt. Smart of them.

Anything raised will cover the cost of items that need replaced. If we raise over and above the funds will go towards their dream of having a full restaurant.

This couple started their food truck during the height of the pandemic. They took a dream and made it a reality. Lets help them keep the dream alive!
