On the evening of April 9 a fire ravaged
Mery’s home.
Not only was furniture, clothing and other household items lost, but precious and priceless treasurers such as baby memory books were destroyed.
Please help Mery to rebuild her home and start to heal from the fire.
Thank you in advance for all your support! ❤️

a note from Mery’s daughter Liz
Hi all,
On April 9th, my childhood home was devastated by a fire and is now uninhabitable. For those who know my family—most pointedly, my mom—you know how much this home means to the two of us. She bought it entirely on her own over 24 years ago, and it’s been our safe haven ever since.
I spent my middle and high school years in that house, and later, my children and I returned there after my divorce. It’s been a constant in our lives—a place of healing, growth, and love.
If you can help spread the word or contribute in any way to help my mom rebuild and return to her home within the next year, we would be incredibly grateful.
She is and always has been an indomitable force. Despite facing countless trials in per personal life, she’s handled them all with a grace, patience, and inner strength that I continue to look up to. Anyone who knows her admires her deeply—she’s a tireless worker, endlessly kind, and gives without ever expecting anything in return.
She’s not one to ask for help, so I’m grateful for this community that is giving back to such a quiet pillar in this community.
Thank you all.
