Support Linzi and Meggie's Move to Northern Ireland

Our Linzi and Meggie are headed to Northern Ireland. Linzi has accepted a position on the ResLife team at the Coleraine campus of Ulster University. Linzi will need to be there mid-late July and Meggie will follow after they get their visa. There is a window for them to make this move now, before the visa requirements become more difficult. They are excited to be near Linzi’s family and to the sea. It will be hard for them to leave the beloved communities they have created. It will also be expensive and so I have asked them to allow me to set up this Go Fund Me. There are visa fees, moving costs for their things and their sweet pets, breaking leases and contracts, and paying for flights will add up to quite a hefty sum.

There are so many wonderful things we will miss about having these two amazing humans, Boots, and Ted nearby but I believe most of all it has been their beautiful gifts of hospitality and friendship. They so easily create community—family wherever they are. And now we have an opportunity, the community they’ve poured themselves into, to do what we can to help Meggie and Linzi take this leap of faith into life in a place that has been calling them home.
