Hi, my name is MJ Cantoni, and I am a teacher in Revere, MA. I have the privilege of co-teaching alongside one of the most dedicated, compassionate educators I know, who is also one of my closest friends, Lindsay Perry. I’m creating this fundraiser to support her and her family during an incredibly challenging time.

As her colleague and friend, I see every day the heart, patience, and love she pours into her students. She shows up fully for our classroom community everyday. Outside of school, she is also a new mom to a beautiful 4-month-old baby — a season of life that should be filled with joy. Now, she and her husband, Nick need our support.

On Wednesday, February 11th, Lindsay and Nick's home had a fire. While we are beyond grateful that they are safe, they are now navigating temporary housing, replacing essentials, and rebuilding their lives from the ground up — all while caring for an infant.

I am raising funds to help ease the immediate and ongoing financial burden they are facing. Donations will help cover necessities such as housing, clothing, baby supplies, and other basic needs as they begin the long process of rebuilding.
