Support Linda Hisle After Debit Card Theft

Hello, I am Lorinda Moffett and Linda Hisle is my mom. Last night, when she was trying to get her groceries at Walmart, she dropped her debit card. Someone found it and decided to go around town using it at several different stores, charging almost $700 on her card. My mom is almost 80 years old and lives paycheck to paycheck. Her bank account is now in the negative because of this “person.” It could take 90 days for the bank to settle this situation. Until that happens, my mom has no money. I’m just trying to help her recoup what these evil people charged on her debit card. Any help would be appreciated!
