Hi, my name is Natalie. I went to Kampala, Uganda earlier this year. I met Paddy, Co-founder of the Non Profit Orphanage (Light of Hope Organization) which is founded by his mother Darlson, Mugasha. They live next to Lake Victoria, which is the largest lake in Africa. The village they live in is surrounded by flooding waters, which floods their village and even their homes, 9 months out of the year. The adults that run the orphanage make a very small amount of money everyday, they would never be able to get on their feet, buy proper food (nutrition, vitamin, shots, school supplies, or have a solid home) without donations. Our ultimate goal is to buy the orphanage a house where there is no flooding. All proceeds will go to Light of Hope Organization; I am using my voice and resources for the Orphanage.
