Liam James is a current 10th grader who has been in Boy Scouts for seven years. He has been given an amazing opportunity to be one of 60 scouts from the Gulf Coast Region to go to Washington D.C. this summer to celebrate the 250th birthday of America. Soon after celebrating America's birthday, he will also get the opportunity to participate in the National Jamboree for the Boy Scouts. This event occurs every 4 years lasting 10 days and will give Liam the chance to work on leadership, fellowship, and adventure. Liam will be able to meet Scouts from across the nation and the world totaling up to almost 15,000 Scouts! It challenges participants to foster personal growth and promote Scouting ideals in a high energy environment. While this is an amazing opportunity, it also comes with a hefty cost. The total of this trip is $3800 and Liam needs all the help he can get. Please feel free to give as you feel lead.
