Support Lexie and Jacob After Matthew's Passing

I created this fund for Lexie and Jacob Bickel. A beloved family of the KenTon community.

On Sunday, November 10th at 1pm, they lost the life of Matthew Bickel, a beloved husband and father. Matthew had been in and out of the hospital for the last 6 months. After being transferred to the ICU on the Wednesday prior, Matt had gotten worse. The doctors had said his status was stable but critically ill. They had found that the rare blood infection he got in California never cleared up. That meant Matt had this infection since August. During that time, it had caused more issues, including damaging his organs even more. He also had pneumonia, and they were watching his kidneys. This has caused the family to accumulate many medical bills for the different flights and hospital stays that Matt needed over the last 6 months.

During that time, Lexie has been working two jobs to make up for the income that they were not receiving since Matt was not working. Jacob has been staying active in Boy Scouts, playing football, and being an active participant in the Kenmore Soccer Club on the United 2016 team.

Please help me to support this great family with their piling medical bills and any other expenses that they are now enduring.
