This fundraiser serves as support for Levi, Amanda and their four children in his absence following deportation.

On Friday September 11th, Levi hugged his family and left for work the same as he did, six days a week. After loading his truck with supplies and departing Home Depot, he was targeted and followed by ICE. They detained him despite having a valid driver's license. He was held at the Aurora Processing Center for 4 days before being transferred to Florence, Arizona, then to Alexandria, Louisiana and ultimately deported to his home country of Honduras.

Levi arrived in the United States at the age of 15 and has spent the last 20 years working manual labor, building a family-owned construction business and supporting his family; he is known by the community to be hardworking, detail oriented, reliable, fair and kind to the people he works for - the sudden deportation has inflicted a painful separation upon the family for an unknown period of time. Amanda and the children are now left behind in the United States without Levi's income. Amanda currently works full-time with teenagers impacted by the foster care system and is a dedicated mother to their four daughters. Together, Amanda and Levi have been caring and generous people within the community.

During this hardship, we are asking the community to support in caring for her children and the family's ongoing needs - this may include childcare expenses, day-to-day living costs and emergencies as they continuously adjust to the separation. Because these expenses continue week after week, predictable support can help the family maintain care for their children and continue to provide stability in Levi's absence as they continue to navigate their new normal.

Recurring donations would provide steady help for these ongoing needs, and one-time gifts are equally appreciated. Please consider giving if you are able and sharing this fundraiser to others to support Levi, Amanda and their daughters during their time of transition.
