Update 8-14-24

Kayden went home a few days after his initial hospital stay after the accident but went back into the hospital to the pediatric ICU on 7-19-24 with some complications from the accident. He had a spinal drain placed and was placed in a medically induced coma to help with pain and healing. He had surgery to help with the spinal drain and was finally discharged home last week. He is doing better this time around but will have a long road to recovery ahead, especially with school coming up. Lots of follow up doctor appointments and rest which means more time off work for Leslie, who is the only/primary source of income. Any continued help is so very much appreciated!

If you know Leslie, you know she has the biggest heart! Her son Kaydn was in an accident and currently at Children’s needing surgery. Leslie never hesitates to help anyone all the time, so now it’s time to help Leslie!
