Hi, my name is Leroy Clarkson, and I’m reaching out during one of the hardest times of my life.

Earlier this year, my beloved grandmother passed away due to health complications and old age. She was the rock of our family. Her passing not only left a deep emotional wound but also placed our family in a financial crisis.

We recently found out that the house she lived in — our family home of over 70 years — is under a reverse mortgage. Because she was the borrower and is no longer living, the mortgage has been called in, and we now owe $265,025.65. We were given a notice that the house is now in foreclosure. If we don’t pay the balance or take action soon, we’ll be forced to vacate the property by August 7th, 2025.

At the same time this tragedy struck, I was building a business from the ground up — a janitorial company called Vircapp Enterprises LLC. This company wasn’t just a dream; it was my path to building generational wealth, gaining independence, and creating opportunities for others in my community.

Now I find myself at a crossroads — fighting to keep a roof over my family’s head while still trying to launch a business that could change our future.

I currently care for my mother, my aunt, and others in my household. I’ve always been the one to step up — managing appointments, covering bills, and making sure everyone’s safe and cared for. But now I need help.
