Leo Towing reaching out to anyone that wants to donate to ICE victims. All donations will go towards victims that can’t afford tows outside our area. We currently do free tows in west Saint Paul. When we receive donations it helps out to reach victims further out. We are family own so we can only do so much with the cost of living and keeping truck maintenance since we only have one.
