It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend Ivan, a beloved father, community member, and cherished part of our Maui ‘ohana. Ivan’s sudden departure has left his two children, Adam and Nina, facing the unimaginable loss of their dad, along with the challenges that come with such a heartbreaking change.

Ivan was more than just a father — he was a true friend to many, known for his kindness, generosity, and warm spirit. On Maui, Ivan touched countless lives and was always ready with a helping hand or a smile that lifted others. His presence was deeply felt in our community, and his absence leaves a void that can never be filled.

Now Lenka carries the full responsibility of providing for her family — taking on all household expenses while meeting the many needs of raising two children on her own. Along with the costs of Ivan’s medical care and memorial service, she faces the ongoing challenge of covering daily living expenses, school needs, and creating a sense of stability for Adam and Nina as they grieve the loss of their dad.

In the spirit of aloha, we humbly ask for your kōkua (help). Every donation, no matter the size, will ease some of the financial stress on Lenka and allow her to focus on caring for her children during this unimaginably difficult time.
