My daughter and I are in need of help! 

My daughter Montana, is my world. She was moved to a rural town by her father and is being kept from me and the rest of her family and friends I have no money to fight against this situation with. I am fully disabled. I am oxygen dependent caused by a clotting disorder . This keeps me from working right now.

Court proceedings have been very slow and challenging to navigate. I haven’t been able to afford adequate representation.A few ill meaning professionals even relieved me of what I could scrape together and ran with it. Progress is at a slow crawl I am working against her wealthy father who is remarried and wants me completely out of the picture at any cost. No regard for our daughters needs or feelings. He said he is afraid that if I got any custody that he’d have to pay me child support! I am still fighting and learning! At this time I have visits with Montana. I have to pay for them and they are extremely expensive. But it is guaranteed time in a safe and loving atmosphere.I am so grateful for GoFundMe and the generous donations from my supporters! I have raised funds to cover a couple of visits with Montana! This time is so valuable to me! I could never explain it with words. I will post updates about our time together as we go. Thank you all! Please! I encourage you to share this page. Until I can get back into court and and for the orders to change,

 Each visit will cost me $400, plus an intake fee. I will also have legal expenses to ask for a more reasonable amount of visitation after a few visits have been done. I am fully disabled and currently unable to work. Any donation will help towards making these visits possible! We would be very grateful!
